If your book has not turned up
This is the one I hear about most. It is nearly always a delivery problem. Before you write, check your spam folder and Promotions tab—that is usually where the email has gone.
If it is genuinely not there, reply to the purchase email you got from Hotmart and the files will be sent by hand.
